Privacy Policy

The short version: Zenth HQ extensions do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
1. Data We Do NOT Collect
Zenth HQ extensions are built with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect:
- Personal information (name, email, address)
- Browsing history or visited URLs
- Search queries
- Location data
- Usage statistics or analytics
- Device identifiers
2. Data Stored Locally
Our extensions store the following data locally on your device using Chrome's storage API. This data never leaves your browser:
- Your tasks and to-do items (Zenth Tab)
- Custom shortcuts and URLs (Zenth Tab)
- Theme and wallpaper preferences (Zenth Tab)
- License key for Pro activation
- Blocked site list (Zenth Focus)
- Session history (Zenth Focus Pro)
3. External Services
Some features require fetching data from external APIs:
- Weather: Your approximate city location (via IP) is sent to ip-api.com and Open-Meteo to fetch local weather. No account is created.
- Wallpapers: Random images are fetched from the Unsplash API. No personal data is sent.
4. Payments
Pro licenses are sold through Gumroad and NOWPayments. These are independent services with their own privacy policies. Zenth HQ does not receive or store your payment information.
5. Permissions
Our extensions request only the permissions necessary to function:
- storage — to save your preferences and tasks locally
- geolocation — to detect your city for weather (Zenth Tab)
- webNavigation — to redirect blocked sites during focus sessions (Zenth Focus)
6. Children's Privacy
Our extensions are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
